As the founder of LHR Fire Protection, Josh combines his decades of experience in the fire protection industry with his drive to create businesses that leave a lasting impact. His entrepreneurial spirit goes beyond technical expertise, he is driven by a commitment to lead with purpose, integrity, and a heart for service. His entrepreneurial path isn’t just about running a business, it’s about empowering others, fostering strong leadership, and staying rooted in his faith. Outside of his business, Josh is a devoted husband, father, and active volunteer in his community. He serves as a youth leader at his church and finds joy in balancing his entrepreneurial endeavors with his role as a father to twin boys, Corbin and Caden, and a husband to his wife, April. With a heart for others and a vision for leading with purpose, Josh exemplifies what it means to live with integrity and lead a business, family, and faith with courage.
Matt Daly is a seasoned entrepreneur whose leadership and experience in the trades have shaped his approach to business. With over 20 years of experience in leading some of the largest plumbing, heating, and electrical companies in the state, Matt understands the hard work and dedication that go into building a successful trade business. It was this firsthand experience that led him to found Mighty Media Solutions, a company dedicated to helping tradesmen who are masters of their craft but struggle to market their skills. Matt’s mission is clear: to help business owners in the trades build trust in their communities, attract the right customers, and grow businesses that are as strong as the work they provide.
More than just an entrepreneur, Matt is a husband, father, and committed follower of Jesus Christ. His faith drives him to lead with integrity, serve others, and honor God in every aspect of his life and business. As co-host of Into the Lion’s Den, Matt shares his journey and insights with fellow Christian business owners, offering practical wisdom and honest conversations on how to lead with courage, balance family life, and stay true to one’s calling. When he’s not helping clients grow their businesses, Matt can be found investing in the next generation as the Jr. High Director at his church and spending quality time with his family.
